The space agency said Thursday that JSC will be fully up and running Monday.

It shut down last week before Ike slammed into the Texas coast and incurred minimal damage from the storm that flattened Galveston and left much of Houston without electricity.

International Space Station flight control is scheduled to resume from Mission Control in Houston on Friday. The duties had been passed temporarily to backup facilities near Austin and in Huntsville, Alabama.
