Midwest City Police Chief Brandon Clabes says a man wanted for a deadly hit-and-run has been arrested in Houston. Clabes says Torez Ceasar was arrested Thursday night for first-degree manslaughter in the death of 18-year-old Jasmine Lee.

Lee and Rosemary Taylor were hit July 8 while crossing a street to a convenience store and Taylor has said she didn't know she was in danger until Lee pushed her out of the way.

Lee died the following day while Taylor is recovering from a broken leg and a head injury.
