Intruders enter home after killing power

Authorities say armed men forced their way into a home to steal from the homeowners overnight.It happened in the 15,000 block Sierra Grade in Ft. Bend County around 11pm. The armed suspects apparently killed the power to the residence and forced their way into the home through a back window.

The suspects confronted the homeowners at gunpoint in their bedroom demanding money. The female complainant handed one of the suspects some money from her purse. He grabbed her billfold, which also contained several credit cards.

The victim told authorities as the suspects ran out of the home, one of them fired his weapon in the hallway. No one was injured.

Authorities say the victim believes there may have more than two suspects in the residence at the time of the robbery.

The suspects were described as being black males in their early teens, wearing black clothes, with one of them wearing a white T-shirt and a rag on his head.
