Worker gets probation in kidnapping

HOUSTON /*Reashala Morris*/ was sentenced to eight years probation for kidnapping the one-year-old girl. Investigators say the day care never requested a background check on Morris before letting her watch children unsupervised.

The girl's mother, Shemika Thacker, is suing the day care owners for $1 billion.
