The Girl Scouts of San Jacinto council will help celebrate the organization's 96th anniversary with a massive birthday cake. It's a 70 pound treat that will be offered to conventioneers during a "cookie break," at the George R. Brown Convention Center today at 2:30pm.

By the way, the Girl Scouts--San Jacinto Council is the largest Girl Scout group in the country, with 64,000 members from 26 counties in southeast Texas.
