According to officers, Wolridge was involved in a traffic altercation with several people in different cars. The vehicle in which Wolridge was riding was struck by another vehicle. When Woolridge got out to inspect the damage, police say Owens exited his vehicle and shot Wolridge several times.
All individuals involved in this incident were driving in vehicles with chrome Roman Chariot spoke wheels with one or more wheels mounted on the trunk area. Investigators have identified and located those vehicles and determined that Owens is the suspect who shot Wolridge.
