Nowak is accused of driving from Houston to Orlando last February to attack a romantic rival.
Nowak's trial postponed
HOUSTON (KTRK) The trial was scheduled to start April 7th, but the judge in Florida stopped all court proceedings until an appeals court rules on an earlier decision. Prosecutors want the appeals court to reverse the decision to keep Nowak's statements to police, and evidence from her car, out of her trial.
