Woman accused of using child to help her shoplift from Target

ROSENBERG, Texas (KTRK) -- Police in Rosenberg need your help identifying the woman who is accused of using a child to help her shoplift.

Rosenberg police released a photo of the woman accused of shoplifting from a Target more than once.
