Tropical Storm Edouard batters Southeast Texas, damages school stadium
Torrential rain and powerful winds flooded roads and damaged a school stadium as the storm moved toward the Texas-Louisiana border. Street and flash flooding remain possible Wednesday with heavy tropical downpours.
