Bring on the snow! West U Baptist Church hosts 'Christmas in July' during summer camp for kids

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- With summer vacation officially underway for children across the area, a local church is adding something cold to the summertime fun.

As part of the "Super Summer Stuff" camp held each summer, West U Baptist Church created a Christmas in July theme.

To help out with the winter fun, the church brought in a company to create snow in the front yard.

Kids in attendance were also able to go down a slide filled with snow.
