Truck on median causes traffic delays on Hwy 249 at Cypresswood

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A big truck on top of the center median of Highway 249 at Cypresswood is causing a rush hour traffic tie up in the area.

Crews are working to remove the truck, and it appears two lanes of traffic are getting by, but the back up is stacking up.
