Big rig rollover backs up East Loop SB before Port of Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An accident involving a jackknifed 18-wheeler has backed up traffic on the 610 East Loop southbound before the Port of Houston.

The accident happened around 7:01am and is affecting three mainlanes.
