BALTIMORE, Maryland -- Southwest Airlines is responding to a viral video of a woman being forcibly removed from a Los Angeles-bound flight from Baltimore.
Police appear to drag the woman off the plane over a claim that she was "deathly" allergic to two dogs on board.
She requested an allergy shot, but refused to leave the plane to get the shot.
Southwest Airlines released a statement, "Our policy states that a customer (without a medical certificate) may be denied boarding if they report life-threatning allergic reaction and cannot travel safely with an animal onboard."
