Kids evacuated after school bus stalls on SW Freeway

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A school bus has stalled on the Southwest Freeway.

The incident happened just before 7:30 a.m. on the inbound lanes at Newcastle. At least three lanes were blocked.

Students could be seen getting off the bus and loaded onto another bus at the scene. Police say about 20 kids were involved.

Kids are being transferred to another bus after the one they were on stalled on the Southwest Freeway.

No injuries have been reported.
