HazMat spill caused delays during rush hour on I-10 East Freeway

HOUSTON, Texas -- Drivers had to sit in traffic a little longer during rush hour Wednesday morning after a HazMat spill on I-10 East Freeway.
The spill was caused by an earlier wreck. The backups continued to grow even after the accident cleared.
