A fuel spill has been contained, but traffic is just beginning to snarl on Highway 90 after a crash involving a train and an 18-wheeler, according to Sugar Land police.
SkyEye video shows the overturned vehicle, where hazmat crews worked to clean up a cement spill and fuel from the truck.
SkyEye flew over the active scene, where heavy skid marks could be seen on the road, and 18-wheelers veered off into the grass. The roads have since been reopened.
