HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An SUV driver died after he lost control of his vehicle early Sunday morning and hit a culvert in Montgomery County, according to officials.
The 39-year-old man was partially ejected from the vehicle and killed in the crash. It happened around 3:19am on Capitol Hill and Pennsylvania.
The driver's brother and wife, who were also in the vehicle were both taken to the hospital in critical condition.
A friend was also in the back seat. She is in stable condition.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing. Authorities say alcohol was found in the vehicle.
