KINGWOOD, TX -- A Kingwood baker is taking her signature cookie bombs to the next level.

Stacey Vincent, the founder of Stacey's Sweets, recently launched a crowd funding campaign in an effort to purchase a cookie truck she could take to special events and serve her cookie bombs.

"Crowd funding is a way to raise money through a website but offer perks for those that donate a certain amount," Vincent said. "My dream would be to have the names of donors on the back of the truck as way to say thank you for their support.

"I think having a Stacey's Sweets cookie truck would change everything and would enable me to attend the various events in the community and help support different organizations."

Vincent has already purchased thank-you notes so she can send out handwritten notes to those who donate toward her cookie truck.
