Both teams came into the night 1-1, but this game carries a lot of meaning in different ways.

CE King was decimated by the Hurricane Harvey floods. Over 1,000 students from flood damaged CE King are sharing space with students at Null Middle School.

For Channelview, their pain comes from the field. Coming off a heartbreaker, a nail-biting loss to Clear Creek a game where they led by double digits obviously different situations, but time to move on.
