Astros unveil new logo in wake of Hurricane Harvey

HOUSTON -- In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, the Astros are showing hometown pride with a new logo.

The new logo has the team's usual 'H' on the orange star above the word 'STRONG.' A small outline of Texas is underneath the word 'STRONG.'

The Astros will sport the new logo for the first time Saturday against the Mets at Minute Maid Park. The first game is scheduled to begin at 1:10 p.m.

The team will wear patches on their jerseys for the remainder of the season.
