HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Now's the time to get your Valentine's Day orders in! We asked ABC-13 viewers for their favorite florists around town!
Dozen red roses: $100+
When we asked our viewers for their favorite florist, Flowers by Nino came out on top! Viewers say Nino is a great person and a talented florist. The arrangements they create are very unique and unlike many other florists. You can either order online via FTD or visit their shop on Chimney Rock.

The florists at Kroger are another favorite among viewers, for the value and longevity of arrangements. Believe it or not, one viewer said she received a beautiful Kroger arrangement of a pink vase filled with roses, sweet peas, and spider lilies when she was in the hospital and they lasted three weeks! If you choose to go into the store and pick out a dozen red roses it will only cost about $20, but the complete arrangement with a vase is what raises the price.

From The Heart florist has been serving the Texas City area for over 20 years. You can shop online or visit their store to place your order. If you aren't sure what to order, the shop prides itself on being able to help you choose the perfect gift.

The folks at Central Market supermarket are there to help you take the bunches of flowers and create a beautiful arrangement. You'll have to visit the River Oaks store and pick out your flowers and hand deliver them to your sweetie!

One viewer said she has used lots of florists, but gets the most compliments when she receives flowers from Greenworks. The flower shop is in downtown Houston, and they take care of both van and walking deliveries themselves.

Breen's Florist has been a Houston tradition since 1943. With three stores located in Houston and in Spring, Breen's takes pride in being one of the largest florists in the area. One viewer recommends ordering the Designers Choice because they never disappoint!

Flowers and Company Florist in Pasadena is also a jewelry store - one stop shopping for Valentine's Day! The florist is part of the Teleflora network, so you can always place your order that way.

The Empty Vase of Houston has been in the River Oaks neighborhood for over 40 years! The company asks that you place your Valentine's orders at least two days in advance! During the busy Valentine's season, a standard dozen roses arrangement increases from $75 to $120.

One viewer said she bought roses at H-E-B's floral department not expecting them to last, and she was pleasantly surprised when they survived a full two weeks! She stretched her dollar by purchasing the flowers by the dozen and made her own arrangement.
