HOUSTON -- Segment 2 - Houston City Council Member Amanda Edwards discusses her Community Empowerment Signature Series kickoff event called, "Be the Solution: Empowerment Film & Summit" on April 22 at TSU. The first summit will feature a screening of the documentary, "The Strange Demise of Jim Crow" which tells the unusual story of the desegregation of Houston.
