One dead, three injured in SW Houston shooting

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- One person is dead and three are injured after a shooting in SW Houston on Sunday evening.

The Houston Police Department homicide division is investigating the incident, which took place after a fight broke out at the pool at the Napoleon Square Apartments in the 6000 block of Elm Street.

When authorities arrived, an adult male was dead. Another adult male, an adult female and a 4-year-old boy were transported to area hospitals for medical care. All three are expected to survive.

Neither the status of the shooter nor their relationship of the victims are known at this point.
