Three men find friend shot in driveway in east Houston
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Three men found their friend after he was shot early this morning in front of a home in east Houston.
Houston police said the men were just enjoying each other's company, drinking and talking outside before the shooting.
At one point, two of the men who live next door to each other went inside their homes, as a third man walked to a nearby convenience store.
Later, shots rang out and when they rushed outside, they found their friend shot on the driveway.
The victim was taken to Ben Taub Hospital. He is still alive, but his condition is not known.
So far, investigators have no leads as to who did this and they have no motive in the shooting.
