Scientists claim new wet suits keep sharks away

Shark scientists at the University of Western Australia say they've designed a wet suit that can keep sharks away.

The suit acts as a visual deterrent for sharks, keeping them from seeing a person as their next meal. The scientists came up with the designs after studying how sharks see their prey.

Developers are quick to add the wet suit is not guaranteed to be 100% effective.
