Former home of disgraced Enron CEO on market for $2M in Hunters Creek

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A home formerly owned by disgraced Enron CEO Ken Lay is for sale for $2 million in Hunters Creek, Texas.

The 5,538-square-feet brick home, located in the Tarrington Place subdivision, was built in 1983. It has six bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and an attached three-car garage. The home has a large yard and a circle driveway. It features hardwood floors, a grand staircase and a massive kitchen with granite counter tops.

Ken Lay's former home on sale

Lay died on July 5, 2006. The former chairman and chief executive officer of Enron was convicted of conspiracy and fraud as a result of the scandal that left 20,000 employees without jobs and their life savings.
