Mother shows off hula-hooping skills in YouTube video

One mom in Ohio is hoopin' harder than Michael Jordan in '93, and she's proving her skills in a new video on YouTube.

Rachel Lust, 26, has been hula hooping since July of 2011. She told the website Buzzfeed.com that she practices every single day.

We think all of her hard work paid off.

This is her second insane hula hoop video. Lust spent 3 days filming this video and another two days editing it together.

Her first video landed her a spot on the Queen Latifah Show.
