King's Bierhaus to host storm watch party with prizes

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Guten Tag!

With all eyes on Tropical Storm Cindy, new German restaurant King's Bierhaus is hosting a storm watch party with prizes.

"Come weather the first storm of the season," the restaurant wrote on its Instagram account.

They are encouraging people to wear rubber boots or a rain jacket to receive a free Das Boot shot glass filled with King's Bierhaus whiskey.

One grand prize winner will get an Emotion Wasatch Canoe, but you'll have to wait until the end of the party to find out if you won.

The party is Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m.
