Man killed in deadly shooting in Alief area, according to Houston Police Department

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man was killed late Friday night after a deadly shooting in the Alief area, Houston police say.

According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to a shooting call at about 10:30 p.m. on Friday in the 11400 block of Bissonnet Street near Boone Road.

When officers arrived, they found a man shot to death in a parking lot outside of a business, officials said.

Authorities did not immediately release more information on the victim or any information on the shooter as the investigation continues.
