If you're looking to unwrap something special today, you might want to head over to James Coney Island.

It's half hot dog, half tamale, and you can get it now at James Coney Island

They have just introduced a new 'tamale dog,' and it's exactly what it sounds like.

The folks over at JCI have combined traditional Mexican masa and a 6-ounce Kielbasa Sausage to create a unique new dish.

The tamale dog is hand rolled and then topped with beef chili, shredded cheddar cheese and minced onions.

It's definitely a break away from the traditional James Coney Island hot dog. But, it may not be a first in Texas.

The Texas Rangers unveiled a tamale dog in October at its stadium.

The TamArlington dog has all the makings of the James Coney Island tamale dog, but it's also smothered in nacho cheese, and sour cream.
