Homicide investigation underway after man found shot to death inside a vehicle, Galveston PD says

GALVESTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man was found shot to death inside a vehicle Saturday night, the Galveston Police Department said.

GPD says they responded to Avenue N 1/2, near 17th Street, just before 7 p.m.

Officers say the man killed was in his late 20s, and they haven't said what may have led up to it.

Galveston PD says a homicide investigation is underway.
