HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- The Harris County Precinct Four Constable's Office says a 21-year-old man in Northwest Harris County has been charged after he allegedly hit a woman who was working for a homeowners association.
"Vladislav Lantsman was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for assault," said Constable Mark Herman in a post to the agency's Facebook page.
Precinct Four says Lantsman was arrested yesterday in the 15000 block of Harris Canyon Lane after he allegedly confronted the woman, hit her in the face, and grabbed onto her vehicle.
They say she was treated at an area hospital for her injuries.
Lantsman, who spoke with ABC13 this afternoon, said the assault allegations against him are false.
"No," Lantsman said when asked if he assaulted the woman. "I did hook onto her car and push her phone away to keep her from recording."
The woman he allegedly assaulted also spoke with ABC13.
She sent a statement maintaining she was physically attacked.
"He hit me in the face," she wrote of Lantsman. "I had never seen this man until this incident."
Lantsman is scheduled to appear in court on August 7.
