Highway 146 frontage road NB shut down due to emergency construction, emergency officials say

LA PORTE, Texas (KTRK) -- Emergency repairs have shut down the northbound Highway 146 frontage road between Fairmont Parkway and Spencer Highway until Friday morning, according to the La Porte Office of Emergency Management.

City officials said that alternate routes, including Bay Area Boulevard and Sens Road from Fairmont Parkway, will be available to reach SH-255.

According to LPOEM, emergency TXDOT construction is expected to be finished by 5 a.m. on Friday, May 15.
