3rd person charged in gunfight that killed bystander buying Happy Meals for grandkids, FBI says

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A third person has been arrested and is facing federal gun charges in the March shooting death of a man at a northwest Harris County-area McDonald's, according to authorities.

On March 16, Jorge Arbaiza, 61, was shot and killed at the restaurant on N. Fry Road near W. Little York. Authorities said Arbaiza was inside the restaurant when a fight broke out between two groups of people, leading to multiple shots being fired.

On Wednesday, FBI Houston said Tyler Jordan was arrested on Tuesday by the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Jordan will now face federal charges for allegedly possessing and using a machine gun at the time of the shooting.

Two other suspects, Antoine Ridge and Paul Whitley, were arrested and charged in March. Ridge is charged with murder and Whitley is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Both are currently being held at the Harris County Jail.
