Explosive device found during search warrant in southeast Houston, authorities say

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Authorities in southeast Houston were conducting a search warrant when they found an explosive device Thursday morning, according to Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen.

Rosen said the search warrant was being executed in the 500 block of Gilpin.

SkyEye13 was over the scene where a heavy law enforcement presence could be spotted surrounding the home and closing off a street.
