Political wrap up with KTRK's consultant

HOUSTON -- The second ranked House Republican lost his primary this week in a stunning upset.

Eric Cantor was defeated by a little known economics professor who had strong Tea Party support. Cantor said he will serve out his term but would step down from his number two spot in the house.
