8-year-old rescued after falling into panda enclosure

An 8-year-old girl fell into a zoo enclosure in southwest China.

The Smithsonian's National Zoo has released hilarious footage of one its star attractions, a giant baby panda.

Security guards worked to pull her up with a pole. When that didn't work, a third person reaches over and just grabs the girl.

She was not hurt.

The incident prompted the facility to issue a warning saying pandas are not as gentle as they appear.
