Stunning grand jury report on Penn State University fraternity culture
BELLEFONTE, Pennsylvania -- A long-awaited grand jury report on hazing and excessive alcohol consumption at Penn State University fraternities was released Friday morning.
The more than 200-page document includes a detailed account of Timothy Piazza's death at Beta Theta Pi, a section called "The Dangers of Greek Life," and recommendations for change at the university.

This report was ordered in response to Piazza's death back in February. The 19-year-old from Lebanon, New Jersey died after an alcohol-fueled hazing ritual.
Investigators say he was given at least 18 drinks in less than a 90-minute time period and died of a fractured skull and other injuries two days later after falling down some stairs. No one called 911 until the next morning.
More than two dozen fraternity brothers have been charged in connection with the case.
Additional charges were filed after deleted video from inside the frat house basement was recovered by the FBI.
