Harris County Precinct 4 says the operation was conducted around the 500 block of FM 1960 as a result of people reporting prostitution in the area.
Investigators say undercover female deputies posed as prostitutes working the streets, along with male undercover deputies who were canvassing the area, searching for women who were soliciting sex for money.
Those arrested were charged with prostitution and two of the suspects also face charges of felony possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities say the operation was to rescue potential human trafficking victims and to arrest those seeking the services of prostitutes.
