CHANNELVIEW, TX (KTRK) -- One man is dead and two others are recovering after a shooting at Diamante Negro Disco Club in Channelview early this morning.
It happened off the East Freeway around 2:15am.
Harris County Homicide detectives say three Hispanic males approached 52-year-old Inocencio Quiroga-Alvarez. The suspects displayed handguns and struck Quiroga several times while taking his property from him. Quiroga attempted to fight back and was shot at least one time.
Authorities say the suspects continued to shoot and hit Oscar Balderas-Pulido, 21, in the leg, and Aurelio Pulido, 38, in the chest while he was attempting to drive out of the parking lot. Pulido died at the scene from his injuries.
Balderas and Quiroga were transported to area hospitals for non-life threatening injuries.
Deputies have not arrested anyone yet in this case.
