Teen hit by truck in Missouri City

MISSOURI CITY, TX (KTRK) -- A 16-year-old student was hit by a pickup truck in Missouri City this morning, according to authorities.

The accident happened around 7:00am on Waters Lake Boulevard at Deer Crossing.

Fort Bend Independent School District says a student suffered minor injuries near Ridge Point High School.

Fort Bend ISD police and the Fort Bend Sheriff's Office are investigating.
