Suspected wrong-way driver kills another driver in head-on collision

CHANNELVIEW, TX (KTRK) -- A suspected wrong way driver killed another driver after a head-on collision in Channelview, TX.

It happened around 3:45am on the East Freeway near Sheldon.

The Sheriff's Office says a woman was going the wrong way down the freeway when she crashed into a man's car.

Both drivers were killed.

No one else was in either vehicle.

Deputies are still investigating why the woman was going the wrong way.
