Pedestrian struck and killed on Highway 6 in west Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Highway 6 in west Houston, police said.

Officers are on the scene in the 2800 block of Highway 6 and Richmond Avenue.

No other details have been released.
