One dead in crash involving Greyhound bus on interstate in NC

MEBANE, NC -- A Greyhound bus and a North Carolina Highway Patrol SUV collided along I-40/I-85 North just outside Mebane.

A fire department vehicle responding to the crash was involved in a second accident.

It happened just after 10 a.m.

One person is confirmed dead and there are more reported injuries.
