NEW YORK, NY (KTRK) -- A long-time news anchor has revealed that he has lung cancer.
John Stossel posted online that he was being treated for lung cancer.

Stossel is currently an anchor on FOX News and FOX Business. He previously appeared on ABC News' 20/20.
He wrote that a fifth of his lung was removed in surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
He says he is receiving excellent medical care, but adds that quote, "the hospital's customer service stinks."

Stossel's late ABC News colleague and 'World News Tonight' anchor Peter Jennings died of lung cancer at the age of 67 in 2005.
