Prosecutor's election could mean charges against Bill Cosby
The election of a new prosecutor could spell legal woes for Bill Cosby and allegations he assaulted several women.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA (KTRK) -- Comedian Bill Cosby could be in hot water after Pennsylvania voters elected a new prosecutor.

Kevin Steele has won election as Montgomery County's new district attorney, and ran on a promise to re-open a 2005 sexual assault case against Cosby.

Steele's opponent had refused to move forward in that case because he questioned the credibility of Cosby's accuser.

Dozens of women have accused Cosby of sexual misconduct over several decades.

Cosby has not been charged and denies any wrongdoing.
