Man shot outside McDonald's in southwest Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man was shot outside a McDonald's in southwest Houston, and a search is ongoing for the suspects involved.

It happened of the Sam Houston Parkway and Bissonett.

Investigators say three men were outside the restaurant and started arguing about money. That fight escalated and one of them pulled out a gun and shot the other.

The victim was rushed to the hospital, where he's undergoing surgery.

Police now are searching for two suspects.

Investigators say a camera captured the shooting so they're reviewing the footage for more details.
