Harris Co. attorney prosecutor found guilty in road rage case

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Harris County attorney prosecutor has been found guilty in a road rage incident.

A jury found Susan Sciacca guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She pulled a gun on another driver in the parking lot of a Tomball bank after he cut her off in January of 2014.

She claimed the other driver threatened her and she had a right to pull her gun. The jury didn't agree.
