Firefighters battle apartment fire in southwest Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Firefighters battled a large apartment fire in southwest Houston this morning. Now, arson investigators are working to determine what caused the massive blaze.

It happened at the Greyfield Apartments in the 10,100 block of Bissonnet between the Beltway 8 and the Southwest Freeway.

The fire broke out around 5:50am this morning. Crews pulled for a second alarm about 20 minutes later.

Fire crews on scene say there are no reported injuries.
