HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Jack in the Box location in west Houston will remain closed for some time after the restaurant caught on fire.
Firefighters were called to the location in the 7600 block of the Katy Freeway at Silber around 9:00pm last night and found flames coming through the roof.
Customers and employees had already self-evacuated, and no one got hurt.
The cause of the fire is believed to be electrical in nature.
The restaurant has tossed out all of the food and is now closed until further notice as crews repair the electrical system.
